See what I did there, with the name? Man, I'm clever. Never been to Denny's? Well, then you won't get the joke. Just call it a breakfast sandwich.
What You'll Need:
Bread - For a sandwich like this, forget healthy and get some sort of white bread. It just works so much better.
Eggs
Bacon
Ham
Cheese
Butter
What You'll Do:
1. Cook the bacon of you're not using the precooked stuff. I have no idea why you're not, but whatever.
2. Cook the eggs in a pan, making sure to break the yolks. Unless you like runny yolks. Then you're a freak.
3. Assemble the sandwich: bread, egg, bacon, ham, cheese, egg, bread.
4. Melt some butter. Brush melted butter on each slice of bread.
5. Cook the sandwich in the pan. Press it down while it cooks to get everything melty and good. Slice it diagonally. It just looks better that way.
This is what is happening in my kitchen. It's not that you can't cook, it's that you won't cook. Just do what I do. Keep it simple. Take foods you like and add other foods you like. You may be surprised at the outcome.

Egg Muffins and Regular Muffins, Too
This is a great recipe for a lazy weekend breakfast for two.
What You'll Need:
Eggs
Milk
Chopped Green Onion
Chopped Cilantro
Chopped Tomato
Grated cheese
Bacon (pre-cooked is awesome for this recipe)
Store bought muffin mix
What You'll Do:
1. Preheat oven to 350.
2. Get the egg mixture ready by combining eggs, milk, green onion, cilantro, tomato, and cheese. Add salt and/or pepper if desired. Beat together with a fork. Set aside.
3. Get the muffin mix ready. You are halving the recipe. Use half of the dry ingredients from the box and add half of the wet ingredients that it tells you to use. If you make blueberry muffins, like we did, use half the can of berries. Seal everything else up for another day. Prepare the muffin mix according to the box. Set aside.
4. Spray the heck out of a 12 muffin pan. Come to grips with the fact that the egg muffins will still stick a bit.
5. Take six slices of pre-cooked bacon and wrap one around each of six muffin cups in the pan. They should fit just right to make a ring around the edge of the cup. Pour egg mixture into each "baconized" cup, leaving some room for rising during cooking. Pour muffin mix into the remaining six cups of the pan.
6. Bake at 350 until muffins are done. The time on the muffin box should be just about right.

Stuffed French Toast with Sweet Berry Sauce
Breakfast will never be the same. This recipe will change your life. Try it stuffed. If you don't like it, its almost as good without the filling.
What You'll Need:
For the Toast -
One loaf of King's Hawaiian Bread (the best bread ever for french toast)
Eggs
Cinnamon
Vanilla Extract
Milk
For the filling -
Cream Cheese (softened) - you can add some cinnamon to it if you'd like
For the Sauce -
Fresh Berries (I use strawberries and blueberries)
Sugar
An orange
*Again, nothing precise. Go with your instincts. You don't have any instincts? Go with your gut. No gut, either? Then just do what you want.*
What You'll Do:
Start the sauce -
1. Put berries, sugar, the juice of an orange, and some orange zest (grating of the outer peel) in a saucepan. Put on the stove over medium-ish heat. Stir occasionally. The goal is to make the sauce not super thick but not too runny either. The berries will take some time to break down and release their liquid. Wait awhile before judging the consistency. If it needs to be thicker, add a bit more sugar.
Prepare the bread -
1. Slice the Hawaiian bread in about 1" slices. For the longer slices in the center of the loaf, cut them in half so they're a bit more manageable.
2. Slice almost all the way through each 1" slice to prepare a pocket for the stuffing. Just make sure it stays together, so stop short of going all the way through.
3. Using a spoon or knife, put a good amount of cream cheese inside the slices.
Prepare the egg bath -
1. Beat eggs in a bowl along with a little milk, cinnamon, and vanilla extract. This french toast will soak up a lot of egg mixture, so you may have to mix more partway through.
Make the toast -
1. Turn on electric skillet or stovetop pan.
2. Dip each slice in the egg bath, coating both sides.
3. Cook. With the thickness of the slices, you may need to prop them up in the pan to cook the thickness of the slice (the 1" flat part on the front)
4. Top the toast with the completed berry sauce and maybe even some powdered sugar for good measure.
5. Never see breakfast the same way again.
6. Tell your friends and family about it.
A nice companion to the french toast is, of course, bacon.
